An Entire Magazine Collage

Jason brought me home a book yesterday from the library that I had been interested in for a while now.
It's called The Collage Workbook: How to Get Started and Stay Inspired by Randel Plowman.

Randel Plowman is an artist and a printmaker who uses collage as a medium to work his ideas.

In his book, he goes over his process and shares some really great ideas on how to stay inspired.

This Collage I made last night is based on prompt #49: "A Picture on Every Page."
I took a magazine and cut out a piece from every page and used it in my collage.
It was a really fun exercise.

I plan on doing many more of the prompts this week. If you're looking to make collages and unsure of where to start, this book is worth checking out.

Happy Thursday!

What an awesome idea. I do this for my travel journal, mostly with brochures from our hotel stays. I have a scrapbook that I've been meaning to delve into for a while now. This is just the inspiration I need :) Thanks
